Our companies provide professional administrative assistance for travelers applying for the Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Our service includes reviewing application data, checking for common errors, and facilitating the submission through official channels on behalf of the applicant.

We operate as an independent entity and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government or immigration authority. Direct applications are always available via the official government portal.

By using our services, you affirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You possess the legal authority to submit applications for yourself or other travelers.
• Each traveler (including minors) requires a separate application and individual agreement to these terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and matches your passport details. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

• The total cost displayed at checkout includes the official government fee and our professional consultancy/service fee.
• All charges are transparently presented before the final payment confirmation.
• Once an application is successfully processed or submitted to the government system, fees become non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

Estimated processing times mentioned on this site are based on historical averages. Actual timelines depend entirely on the response from government authorities. We do not exercise control over final approval decisions or government processing speeds.

• Submission of an application through our service does not guarantee the issuance of an ETA.
• Possessing a valid ETA does not guarantee entry into the destination country; final entry permission is granted by immigration officers at the port of entry.

Our liability is strictly limited to the service fee paid for our consultancy. We are not responsible for financial losses, travel disruptions, or missed flights resulting from visa delays or rejections by the government authorities.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where our companies are registered (India/UAE). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these regions.

We are a private, independent consultancy. We do not issue visas or ETAs. We provide expert support and administrative assistance to simplify the application process for travelers.
