This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our services. By using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Service

We provide assistance for Sri Lanka ETA applications, including document checking and submission support. Our total fee may include:

  • Government ETA fee (if applicable)
  • Our service fee for assistance
2. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before processing starts.

  • If your application has not been reviewed, a refund may be issued (excluding payment processing charges).
  • Once processing or submission has started, cancellation is not possible.
3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment received but application not processed
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system error
4. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Application already processed or submitted
  • ETA rejected or delayed by authorities
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by applicant
  • Change of travel plans

Note: Government fees are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Government Decisions

All approvals and decisions are made by the Sri Lankan authorities. We do not control or influence the outcome.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
