Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) application through our platform. Providing accurate and complete information will help avoid delays or rejection.

Important Note:
eTourist Services Pvt Ltd (India) are private travel consultancy companies and are not affiliated with any government or immigration authority. Applicants may choose to apply directly through the official government portal without using our professional assistance services.

• Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of arrival in Sri Lanka.
• Each traveler, including minors and children, must submit a separate ETA application.
• The ETA is suitable for short-term visits such as tourism, business meetings, or transit.

Before starting your application, please ensure you have the following:

• A clear copy of your passport bio page.
• A recent passport-style photograph (clear and in color).
• A valid email address to receive application updates and the final decision.
• Basic travel details, such as intended arrival date.
• A valid debit or credit card for payment of government and service fees.

1. Complete the Online Form: Enter your personal and travel details exactly as shown on your passport.

2. Document Review: Our experts review your documents to ensure they meet the required standards.

3. Secure Payment: Review the total fees (Government fee + Service fee) and complete the payment.

4. Submission & Delivery: We submit your application through the official system and email the ETA decision once issued.

• Standard processing time is typically 24–48 business hours.
• Processing time may vary depending on the official system response and document verification.
• Final approval decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.

• Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to processing delays or application rejection.
• If you change your passport after submitting the application, a new ETA application will be required.
• Fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed for submission.
